Are you based in Sydney or can you work remotely?

We are based in Sydney, Australia, but operate a remote-first delivery model. We have delivered engagements across Australia, the UK, Southeast Asia and beyond.

How do you charge for consulting engagements?

Project deliveries are typically scoped and quoted as a fixed price. Retainer and embedded arrangements are billed monthly. Scope, cost and milestones are agreed upfront — no surprise invoices.

What makes you different from a large consulting firm?

Senior people do the actual work — not graduates supervised from afar. We are a delivery-first shop. Our team builds real products in addition to client work, which means our architecture and engineering is grounded in real production experience.

Can you help us evaluate whether to build or buy a data platform?

Absolutely. We run vendor-neutral evaluations and can model the true cost and risk of both paths. We have no affiliation with any tooling vendor.
