Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

Is the free plan really free forever?

Yes — the Free plan has no time limit. It is limited in dataset count and row size, but it is yours to use as long as you want without a credit card.

How does annual billing work?

Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months and come with a 20% discount. You can switch from monthly to annual at any time.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Enterprise customers can request invoice-based billing.

Is my data secure?

Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We do not train AI models on your data. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

What happens when I exceed my row limit?

We will notify you when approaching your limit. You will not lose data — we prompt you to upgrade rather than cutting off access.
